Essential oils have a wide range of therapeutic benefits and are becoming an increasing popular choice when considering home fragrance solutions. These oils are perfect to pair with your mist diffuser or to oil burners. Use sparingly and pour 4–5 drops of your favourite fragrance oil into the water. You can add a bit more if you like a stronger scent but be aware that if using a mist diffuser it is advised to use a few drops per 200ml of distilled water.
**Please note : wear gloves when handling and be careful not to directly apply to the skin.

Keep essential oils out of reach from pets and children. French Lavender - Botanical Name: Lavandula angustifolia.
Common names : True Lavender, Fine Lavender
Aroma: Aromatic, herbaceous and woody notes with light sweet floral notes.
Parts Used: Flowering tops  - essential oils are extracted through a slow steam distillation method 
Benefits: Lavender is traditionally used to help calm the nervous system, enourage clarity, and it is well known for its sedative properties, supporting restful sleep.
 
Orange (Bitter) - Botanical Name: Citrus aurantium. 
Common Names: Seville orange, Sour orange, Bigarade orange.
Aroma: Fresh, fruity, zesty, and slightly bitter.
Parts Used: Peel of the fruit (Rind).
